Nick Baker Architects have been working with the international Co-Living provider COHABS since their first ventures into the UK market 4 years ago. Their product focuses on delivering vibrant, charismatic and effective co-living, for young professionals.
They have selected us to assist them in providing over 150 units to date with many more on the horizon.
Our approach to Co-Living housing is inclusive. With the concept of community being put at the heart of the provision of a shared home environment our solutions as safe, engaging, collaborative and provide real atmosphere.
With the majority of projects being refurbishments of existing buildings, our designs build on the stories of the locations heritage and identity. The aim is to understand and celebrate the spaces provided for the next generation of residents.
Compact, efficient and compliant accommodation is essential for Co-Living communities. These are often homes for people that have landed in a new city.
They provide fresh, safe environments for them to integrate themselves into the wider community of a new location, whilst providing the essential support facilities to build and thrive in their new environment.
