Following previous internal refurbishment of the Austrian Cultural Forum, NBA were commissioned to carry out a full restoration of the historic facade of the Rutland Gate terraced property. Originally built in 1858, the building is Grade II listed based in the Knightsbridge conservation area.

Construction of the Art House is progressing on site at Melior Place with the external fabric contractor Signature Ltd. The brick sample has been approved with works ongoing, the next key milestone will be completing the brickwork, and getting the building watertight with the window installation.

NBA has progressed onto stage 4 design of the project located within the Chislehurst Conservation Area. The project consists of a new side/rear extension, along with minor internal and external works. Works are expected to start on site later this year.

NBAs growing experience in developing co-Living projects in conjunction with COHABS London continues with another appointment to develop a scheme on Priory Road, located within the Priory Road Conservation Area.

Contractors Goldmax Ltd, have almost completed the concrete superstructure for our Melior place Art House project on a tight site located next to the much loved Horseshoe Inn in Southwark. Handover to the external fabric contractor Signature ltd will take place in December, 2025.

COHABS London maintain growth to their portfolio with their latest project in Angel. Strip out of the existing office building has been finished and construction of the new residential accommodation will commence shortly.

Planning approval has been granted for COHABS’ latest project in Compayne Gardens. Located close by to two previous successful COHABS projects, this project consists of a loft conversion and renovation of the existing building to modern living standards.

Dane Mary Berry and Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley Villages opened the retirement village, or IRC at Shiplake Meadows, Shiplake on 1st, October 2025. This completes a 5 year journey from initial planning approval to opening and the provision of 67 valuable older aged living units.

Cohabs London have officially opened the co-living project at Greencroft Gardens. This is the first project completed between NBA and Cohabs, with five more in progress.

NBA has been appointed by Staycity Ltd. to produce fit out documentation for their new 226 bed hotel in Berlin. Located at the Ost Bahnhof in East Berlin the hotel is located in 2 buildings being constructed from the design by Noefer Architekten which is only a stones throw from the former Berlin Wall alone the river Spree.

Piling is complete on our project for the Melior Place, Southwark with the deepest piles at 25m.MOLA were in attendance for archaeological monitoring which did not deliver anything of interest on this former V2 bomb site.

NBA have been appointed by COHABS to redevelop an existing Grade II listed property at Clapham Common. Located within the Clapham Common Conservation Area, the project will require preservation of existing heritage features while meeting modern residential demands. This will be the 3rd project between NBA and COHABS

In conjunction with Smith Jenkins Heritage, NBA have procured planning and listed Build consent for the re-configuration of This Grade II Listed building formerly occupied by Gustav Holst for its new owner.

Leading co-living provider Cohabs is developing its largest single property to date with NBA . Completion is set for May 2025.
